This hotel is great value for money, with reasonable prices for a central location in the heart of the city. The staff are polite and provide excellent service. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering beautiful views of the city. The breakfast includes delicious local foods and is included in the price.
All was good, no improvements needed.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious enough for our group. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The location was central, with access to attractions and sights. It was great to have a balcony with nice views and the AC worked well.
The shower was not up to par, with two showerheads that were not pleasant to use. The noise from the nearby nightclub was unbearable, making it difficult to sleep.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - it's right in the heart of the city centre and close to all the main attractions. The hotel facilities are great, with balconies on every door and spacious rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions. We also appreciated the convenience of being close to public transportation and having access to parking. Cleanliness was great, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast spread.

Located in the bustling heart of the city centre, this hotel is a perfect starting point for exploring all that the city has to offer. You can easily walk to the nearby metro station, and there are loads of cafes and restaurants nearby that serve tasty, authentic local cuisine. Plus, if you're in the mood for a night out, there's a great nightclub just around the corner. The rooms are cozy and well-appointed, with individual heating/cooling devices, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.
Some of the facilities could use some updating to bring them up to modern standards.

Conveniently located with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. View from the balcony offers an incredible vista of the city and the mountain. Room temperature was moderate and the TV had a range of channels. Consistent cleanliness throughout the room and the breakfast offered a varied selection. Staff accommodating and polite making for an enjoyable stay.

I was kinda surprised by my recent stay at Rila Hotel. The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and spacious, and I especially enjoyed the balcony with its city views. The staff was helpful and ensured that a taxi was ready for my early morning departure. Despite a few minor issues, like the outdated bathroom and lack of Wi-Fi in my room, overall I had a comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel is ideal, situated in the heart of Sofia, close to all the main tourist attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The balcony in our room was a huge bonus for us, as it allowed us to smoke without having to leave the room.
Felt like VIPs, no complaints whatsoever.
